How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we will assist you.

New companies receive a 30-day free trial with full access to WorkTalora. No payment is collected during the trial, so no refund is required if you decide not to subscribe.
