Employee questions
Do employees need to pay for anything?
No. Only the business pays. Employees use WorkTalora at no cost.
Do employees need to download an app?
No. WorkTalora opens in any phone browser and can be saved to the home screen so it behaves like an installed app.
Can someone clock in without a personal phone?
Yes. Leave a tablet or spare phone in Time Clock Mode and they clock in by picking their name and entering their PIN.
Can employees see each other's pay?
No. Pay rates are only visible to owners and managers, never to coworkers.
Can employees edit their own hours?
No. They record punches, and only managers can correct or adjust a time entry.
